Dr. Wolgast has twenty years of experience training doctoral level psychology interns and post-doctoral fellows in the basics of CBT-I and diagnostics of sleep disorders. Dr. Wolgast was the Director of the APA accredited internship at the University of Delaware for years and supervised trainees and staff members as they worked with clients who had primary sleep problems.
